We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any more. He stated he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a significant quantity of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have yet another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just right after he had left our client.
We had been able to present our client with all the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that soon after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
